Las Vegas

May 2016

Las Vegas for the weekend.  Waiting around for our drinks. Vegas is so much fun for us girls. We get treated like princesses here.

Locked out of our hotel room.  My BF and I kicked off our shoes and took a nap on the floor.

We were so happy to be here before the crowd.  Food at the day club though… We were savages.

Private pools.

Water illusion trick! I look like I’m split in half!

Arrived in Las Vegas for the weekend.  I came to celebrate Mish’s birthday… did not want to leave.

View of the strip from the Cosmopolitan bungalow.  They re-opened it and had some friends staying there. Stopped by to say hello.

A few of the girls were staying at Veer with a friend.  His condo views. The sight never got old.

Drais to see T.I.  I’ve seen him before in Atlanta. He was great but the crowd was super ghetto.

Birthday girl and the homeboys.

Encore day club with these babes.  Waited around for 3 hours to see David Guetta and he showed up 10 min after we left.  I have no patience.

Snapchat with my favorite LA girl.

I ran into my homeboy from high school at the club. I ran into a lot of random people this weekend. The world is much smaller than I realize….

Waiting at the table for David Guetta to come on

More pics with these hotties.

I took a million drunken selfies and nudie pics to send to all of my long distance lovers and fans in the world…jk sort of… but some how it only made it to My Story on my snapchat.  I am my own lover in my snapchat world I guess..  here’s one out of millions I took!

Zedd at Xs.  I was able to see him up close and he is the cutest DJ alive.  This view from behind the DJ booth was a different feel.  The music experience is more alive from here than on the floor.

A million people have asked how I got this… and all I have to say is what happens here, stays here.  “Some of the best moments in life are the ones you can’t tell anyone about.”

The booth filled up after his first set.  This entire space was filled with his entourage and I could no longer see his little body.  Zedd rolls deep… like 20+ people deep.

Las Vegas with Michelle.

I’m super pumped and ready to party on day 1 of Vegas, but by the end of the trip…. I’m over it… so over it.  Las Vegas is the most draining city I’ve ever visited.

First night we went to Hakkasan and saw Hardwell and Tiesto. Fist pumping the night away to electronic music. We stayed until close with a friend and left the casino through a private exit to head to Drais.  I’ve never walked through this area before, but I’m in love with Orchids.  We saw this purple orchid and took more photos with the flower than of the DJ spinning at the club.

While waiting for our ride; Mish giving off that Orchid flower-power swag.

Hello Drai’s. We meet again.  I love Drai’s for two reasons; hip hop and because I’m usually wasted by the time I’ve arrived here.  In the past I’m drunk/blacked out usually coming back to reality/consciousness while I’m twerking to some rachet hip hop song, but the table was put in the non hip hop room this time.  I never knew there was a non hip hop side until this night. My friend told me some people think the hip hop side is ghetto.

I walked through the hip hop room to say hi to a friend and saw a crowd that looked familiar to black rappers rocking chains and hats with thick white girlfriends occupying the table. The non hip hop side played deep house and was filled with all skinny white people.  Hip hop side may have been perceived as ghetto but it felt like a homecoming theme song when I heard the music.  You can’t hide where you’re from no matter what city you’re in or what table you’re seated at because when I heard that hip hop- it felt like home.

I didn’t really care to have another photo of Hardwell + Tiesto at Hakkasan.  I’ve seen Tiesto before, but I took a million pictures of this in house DJ playing hip hop instead.

First time staying at The Cosmopolitan. Poor hotel rooms always get messy. I have a bad habit of throwing all my stuff everywhere.

The view from our room was nice.  From our balcony;

Eating and texting.

This very small mirror on the wall had a fish eye effect.  It reflected the entire room in this tiny frame.

Again with my favorite mirror. I’m trying to adapt the lifestyle of a minimalist where you only own like 10 pieces of clothing and so on this trip I brought 2 outfits.  The one in the mirror is one of them and of course its a crop top with some booty shorts. I dont think I’m doing the minimalist thing right…. minimal fabirc while being a minimalist must count for something.

Day club at DayLight.  I’ve been to better day club parties with better music, but Disclosure was spinning and our table was next to the stage… listening to Disclosure for 4+ hours was too much.  Diplo was on next but we were over it and couldn’t stand to stay any longer.

My friend in Los Angeles and I have been talking about the disgusting water at day clubs before i came on this trip.  We both thought it was gross and full of germs.  I got a text from him while I was here reminding me to not go into the germ infested water. It was probably the best advice I got all weekend.

Found Cassie and Stephanie near the stage. Southern California babes  ❤

Disclosure.  This is the closest I’ll ever get to you.

Cassie was staying at Veer so we and joined her on the their roof top pool.  Seriously 105 degrees is no joke. I didn’t need a towel when i got out of the pool because i would dry in seconds.

Drying off.. only took like 5 seconds.

To the gorgeous girls I went out with this weekend. Resting up for more fist pumping action tonight

Spying on these babes

Kaskade was spinning and the crowd was going crazy. As more time passed I noticed from the table the floor was getting more and more and more crowded.  They loveeedddd him.

Hands up in the air.

Look at this crowd… It was nuts.

And then out of no where the greatest thing happen… Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance.  He sang his new single and I was in love.   I’m jaded when I’m out at a club now. I rarely dance, instead I’ll sit and drink all night.  I was probably the only person sitting at the table and then I heard someone scream out, “It’s Justin Bieber!!!!!!”
Oh god, I popped up from my seat so fast and ran to see the stage.  I must have looked like a dog by the way I was staring at him, but I didn’t care. I was crazy in love with this man.

Looking into a sea of cellphone cameras.

Dancing Bieber on the DJ booth

We ordered room service after the club but passed out by the time it arrived.  Our morning after eating pizza, tacos, and fruit plates for breakfast.

Lounging on the rooftop pool at Cosmo.  Tried to keep it chill since it was Sunday but we ended up at the Marquee dayclub downstairs 2 hours later.

Trying to hide my face from the sun.

Marquee day club.  I was trying to get a shot of the girl on the left.  Her hair was super cute.  It had mixed pieces of blond and it was the first time in a while where I wanted to be a blond again.  This DJ was much better… but once he started playing the same beats and fist pumping songs I ran back inside to hide.

Our only photo together.

Good bye Vegas.  You were very good to me on this trip. Thank you for helping me escape reality for a weekend and making me feel like I was in another world….and for helping me lose a million calories by fist pumping.  I always wonder if my next Vegas trip will top this one but I’ve been incredibly spoiled and extremely lucky on all my Vegas trips. I’ve been fortunate my luck hasn’t run out, yet… Don’t want to think about that day.
Until we meet again.
